IP/Trademark Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting for a remote Trademark Paralegal for a well-respected and established North Carolina law firm. Do you have at least three years of experience providing support to attorneys in a trademark practice? Trademark Paralegal Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting and filing of both domestic and foreign trademark applications

• Manage filing deadlines and update attorneys and clients on status of applications

• Drafting and managing correspondence to trademark agencies

• Research trademark materials and evidence

• Time entry

• Other responsibilities in support of practice group

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of substantive trademark experience, dealing with both domestic and foreign trademark applications

• Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred

• Understanding of trademark process and procedures

• Good working knowledge of USPTO

• Experience with docketing software

• Superior organizational, computer and communication skills
