CRi is seeking skilled and energetic candidates with an active Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult (QMHP-A) registration with the VA Board of Counseling to support individuals with mental illness residing in Loudoun County (Ashburn). Available Shift:
Saturday & Sunday 8am-10pm AND 12 hours varied throughout M-F to total 40 hours (this position will NOT work 7 days a week/ the varied 12 hours are scheduled during the week based on the needs of the program) (40hrs Full Time)
*The nature of serious mental illness in adults
Treatment modalities and intervention techniques, such as behavior management, independent living skills training, supportive counseling, family education, crisis intervention, discharge planning and service coordination.
Clinical assessments and their use in service planning.
Local community resources and service delivery systems.
The service planning process and major components of a service plan.
Should be in good physical condition for required lifting and physical intervention for hazardous behavior and assistance with care.
