Sodexo is seeking a full time Registered Dietitian to come join their dynamic team at HCA Southeast.

 

Sodexo Offers:

 

Start with 3 weeks’ vacation and 3 personal days
Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal
Money toward continuing education events
Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually

 

 

Position will report to the Clinical Nutrition Manager and an ideal candidate will:

  • Be a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian with a minimum of 1 year of experience;
  • Work on various patient population floors with various disease states;
  • Conduct assessments, perform nutrition-focused physical exams, provide nutrition support recommendations and diet education as needed;
  • Have experience utilizing the nutrition care process and documenting in the electronic medical record;
  • Have a strong focus on driving outstanding patient satisfaction results and driving process improvement activities;
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Have the ability to work closely in a multidisciplinary team setting and participate in unit rounding;
  • Be able to be flexible, a team player, and possess good time management skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

 

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
