Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Ariba Architect proficient in Pricing, Buying, and Invoice; Contract Management; Performance Management; and Supply Chain Collaboration modules. As Principal Ariba Business Architect, you'll lead teams in process improvements, gather stakeholder requirements, and guide implementation of new Ariba features. Your role includes creating implementation roadmaps from quarterly releases, fostering effective team communication, analyzing processes for enhancements, and driving workflow optimization. Strong communication, leadership, and ability to collaborate across dispersed teams are essential.

Responsibilities:

Lead teams in implementing process and system improvements.
Facilitate meetings with business stakeholders and lead discussions.
Communicate new Ariba features and their benefits to stakeholders.
Stay informed about quarterly Ariba releases and use this knowledge to develop implementation roadmaps.
Guide teams in understanding and adapting to new Ariba features.
Bridge communication between business users and technical teams to align objectives and solutions.
Analyze business processes and pain points, developing action plans for improvement.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and written skills.
Technical consultant with project management experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills, ideally in project management.
Strong expertise in Ariba modules: Pricing, Buying and Invoice; Contract Management; Performance Management; Supply Chain Collaboration.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Experience working independently and collaboratively within dispersed teams.
Proven ability to present effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Capability to create and execute implementation plans effectively.

Nice to Have:

Experience with SCC (Supply Chain Collaboration) within Ariba.
