Superior Skilled Trades is seeking HVAC Technicians for immediate hire in Pella, IA*
Shifts will be Monday - Friday (58 hours per week)
START DATE: ASAP
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and installation, of all Commercial HVAC systems.*
HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
* Installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems commercial, or industrial settings according to specifications and building codes.
* Conducting routine maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems. This includes inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating system components, as well as replacing filters and worn-out parts
* Performing tests to evaluate the performance and functionality of HVAC systems, such as checking temperature differentials, airflow rates, refrigerant levels, and pressure readings.
HVAC Technician Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC experience.
* Knowledge of crane operation for lifting heavy materials.
* Proficient in stick welding, plasma cutting, and soldering techniques.
* Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in welding.
* Job Type: Contract
