Connectivity (Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Home Security/Automation) sits at the heart of Comcast, and the Manager for Connectivity Service will play a key role in delivering a superior internet and home product to customers. Xfinity Internet products focus on delivering the fast and most reliable service to our customers and the Xfinity Home products drive mass market adoption of professional monitored home security and self-monitored home protection products. This Manager will primarily be responsible for supporting the development of new Connectivity products from strategy to go-to-market, as well as supporting the management of the overall Connectivity portfolio. In this role, this individual will work cross-functionally to develop winning customer propositions and then help partner with a diverse array of stakeholders to bring these industry-defining Connectivity products to life. Among other duties, this individual will help execute customer research, strategic business cases, technology assessments, pricing & packaging evaluations, and more. This individual will report to the Director of Connectivity Services Product Management. Oversee customer research and competitive analysis to obtain product insights; Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the product go-to-market strategy utilizing excellent strong analytical skills
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
5+ years of proven experience in product management, operations, analytics
~ Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results
~ Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with experienced judgement
