We are actively seeking DC Power Technicians of all experience levels to support our operations in both the Indiana and Kentucky markets.

As a DC Power Technician responsible for our products and services, your duties will include:

Conducting on-site visits to customer facilities for needs assessment and solution development.
Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the features and capabilities of various product lines.
Installing battery and power systems of all makes and models, encompassing both small and large-scale applications.
Performing routine maintenance on existing systems.
Proficiently troubleshooting battery systems and chargers.
Surpassing customer expectations through exemplary service.
Flexibility for some travel as part of the role.

Preferred qualifications for potential candidates include:

High school diploma or GED.
Possession of a valid driver’s license, with the potential to obtain a CDL.
Experience in DC Power Plant operations is advantageous.
Familiarity with battery testing equipment and adherence to safety policies and procedures is a positive attribute.
Basic mechanical skills are required.
Capability to lift 70+ pounds.
Demonstrated commitment to strong customer service and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and understand basic layout drawings and schematics is a plus.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends when needed.
