Receptionist - Part-Time Weekend
Charlton Place Rehabilitation and Health Care Center – Deatsville, AL
We are seeking a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team.
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors and providing administrative support to facility personnel. The Receptionist position is versatile and often includes a multitude of support duties including, but not limited to, supporting business office functions, assisting with filing, and providing support for recruiting functions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community.
Wages are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, an applicant’s education, previous experience, and shift accepted.
