We have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Facilities Maintenance Technician - We are willing to train*

*Performs skilled maintenance work that may include light construction, carpentry, appliance repair, plumbing or electrical repair, clinic equipment set-up, moving of furniture and appliances, HVAC troubleshooting and repair, and various maintenance related issues as instructed by the Facilities Maintenance Lead, or Director of Facilities.
*Represent Maintenance department in a favorable fashion as they complete their assigned tasks.
* Occasional after-hours and/or weekend shifts required.
* Take rotating turn with other facilities staff providing 24-hour coverage of emergency on-call phone.
* Locate and repair minor HVAC, roof or windows leaks, replace ceiling tiles as needed
* Repair or replace damaged plumbing components, such as water lines to faucets; Repair or replace construction components (sheetrock or concrete) as/if needed
* Repair doors, including painting/hardware, lockset repair and key replacements
* Minor electrical repairs as qualified and not covered by codes.
*Maintenance:*
* Maintain fleet vehicles as per fuel and washing/oil change scheduling repairs, tire repairs, etc.
* Minimum of at least three (3) years of maintenance work experience
* Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
