Ability to travel weekly in the greater Killeen, TX market.

Chart on any abnormal labs.
Chart on monthly Pressure Ulcers, Tube Feedings, Dialysis
Conduct monthly in-service with dietary staff, complete agenda, and sign-in sheet.
Obtain resident council minutes and address any concerns.
Review emergency food supplies- rotate and replace items routinely.
Complete quarterly notes based on care plan schedule.
Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, of the Food Services Department
Must be able to read and interpret food service cost reports, financial data.
Assist in menu planning.
