High School Diploma/GED with seven years of solid management experience in a retail environment including managing a staff, coaching, and meeting sales goals. High School Diploma/GED with three years of retail banking experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager. Retail Banking and business development experience preferred. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to include professional grammar and demeanor. Ability to travel as needed to training.
