Position Overview The D365 System Administrator will work out of either our NYC office, Garden City office or Woburn, MA office and will be part of the Business operations and systems technology team. This department is focused on information systems and its related processes. The position is exempt and reports to the Business Operations and System Technology Senior Manager. Core Responsibilities Work with business and technical personnel to provide application architecture, design, configuration, and support with respect to Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform for F & O, SCM, WMS Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of Dynamics including technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and system upgrades Work collaboratively within the BOST team to build, test, deploy, and maintain configurations using custom and industry common practices throughout multiple environments (e.g., DEV/UAT/PROD). Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the various components of Dynamics 365 F&O, SCM, and WMS Manage, provide support and guidance for the D365 helpdesk team. Assist with troubleshooting system issues and provide remediation Lead and/or participate in analysis sessions with BOST team and SMES to determine application requirements for new implementations, and facilitate workshops to demonstrate proof of concepts Extend the capability of the application through creation of new entities, forms, workflows and PowerBI reports Create applicable system-related documentation, including design specifications, application test plans, test cases and system admin guides for Dynamics 365 Participate as the Dynamics SME representing solutions design for systems related to Dynamics 365 Participate in all phases of the life cycle development including planning, requirements definition, solution design, test execution, and implementation of Dynamics related business solutions Work closely with the functional teams to ensure business systems implementations are supported appropriately Contribute to the technology roadmap for the organization with respect to the Dynamics ecosystem Responsible for all system administrative tasks such as user roles, user access, managing LCS, etc. An ideal candidate has: Knowledge of basic accounting guidelines/principles and financial reporting Knowledge of supply chain and WMS Experience with Dynamics application architecture, designing and building custom workflows Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization Working knowledge and ability to create/adjust electronic reporting Working knowledge of PowerBI, Microsoft Access and SharePoint Online preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. Three (3) years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management experience Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 System Administrator or similar role Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and security Proficiency in data management, system maintenance, and user support Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and training abilities Certifications in Dynamics 365 or related areas are a plus Compensation Commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life Insurance, Domestic Coverage, Paid Family Leave, generous Paid Time Off, Commuter Benefit, 10 Paid Holidays, a 401k plan with a discretionary employer match and Company paid Group Term Life Insurance and Long Term Disability.
