We're Innovations in Aquatic Therapy, a family-owned outpatient Physical Therapy clinic nestled in the heart of Houston, Texas, Medical Center. For 17 incredible years, we've been crafting success stories one patient at a time, and we're on the hunt for some full-time PTA to join our exceptional team of 20 members.
At Innovations, we're rewriting the rules of Physical Therapy. We're not your typical, high-volume clinic. Instead, we focus on quality care, meaningful patient interactions, and evidence-based treatment plans. Here's why our clinic stands out:

Variety of Cases: From post-surgical recovery to neuro/balance therapies and general orthopedics, our diverse caseload ensures you'll constantly learn and grow.
Mentorship: Whether you're a seasoned pro or a new graduate, we're here to mentor you. We believe in nurturing talent and helping you thrive.
Here, you'll dedicate quality time to an average of just 8 patients daily, providing them with the care they deserve.
We've got your back so you can focus on what you love—helping people. Aquatic & Land Therapy: We will train you in Aquatic therapy. You will have tons of training and support. We have the most advanced equipment on land for interactive patient engagement.
A people person who wants to give the patient a better quality of life.
A deep affinity for water - a must. we also offer land Therapy, and you will have a mixture.
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
State Physical Therapy licensure or the ability to obtain one soon.
If you're a new grad, don't worry; Exceptional interpersonal skills, vital for connecting with our fantastic staff, patients, and physicians.
Dive into your daily responsibilities, which include Patient Physical Therapy treatment.
Collaborate closely with therapy staff to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan.
Lead and support staff as needed, showcasing your leadership skills.
Participate in facility in-service activities, ensuring continuous learning and development.
Maintain our safe, clean, and welcoming facility.
Be open to other learning and treatment approaches as well as responsibilities assigned by the Director of Physical Therapy.
Saturdays from 8 am - 1 pm One per month with options for a second some months
