As a Busser, you will assist the wait staff in serving food, filling and re-filling drinks and cleaning the guest tables. You will have a range of duties in order to assist the wait staff including:
Collaborate with wait staff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and ready for the next guests
Prepare dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
Support wait staff by assisting with delivery of food and retrieval of required supplies
Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Flexible and dependable
