*Job Description:*

The *Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer* for Centra Southside Community Hospital performs imaging both for in-patient and out-patients for physician’s review and interpretation.

The _*weekend*_ hours for this position are as follows:

Fri 330p-12a-call 12a-8a

Sat 8a-8p-call 8p-8a

Sun 8a-8p-call 8p-12a

*Requirements:*

· Completed two-year degree or certification program in Ultrasonography

· Certified as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or registry eligible

· Must be registered within 6 months from date of hire
