The Lead Data Scientist - Optimization plays a pivotal role in advancing The Friedkin Group's digital transformation through the Trailblazer initiative. You should have a passion for mathematical problem solving and a drive to help us reach our ambitious goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations research, mathematics, and/or computer science. As a Lead Data Scientist-Optim you will:

Collaborate with business units to understand their challenges and develop quantitative solutions that integrate seamlessly with their operations.
Conduct deep analyses of large datasets to discover trends and efficiencies, driving continuous improvements and innovations in business practices.
Continuously improve existing models by incorporating new data sources and updating methodologies based on the latest research and techniques.
Present complex model findings and strategic recommendations to senior management, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
Master's Degree Computer Science, Statistics or Applied Mathematics or a related field Req or
PhD Computer Science, Statistics or Applied Mathematics or a related field
5-7 years Experience in data science or a similar role.
Certification of Professional Achievement in Data Sciences Preferred or
While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day; and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. TRAVEL REQUIRED
Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 10% of the time and on a domestic basis).
