The Al Angelo Company is a third-generation Property Management Company with properties in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Arizona. We are seeking a full-time leasing consultant to join our team of fantastic professionals We offer on the job training and opportunities for advancement.
Qualified candidates for the Leasing Consultant position would demonstrate qualities such as dependable, excellent customer service skills, strong in multitasking and extremely motivated. The Leasing Consultant position would include, but not limited to, the following duties:
* Touring prospective residents
* Follow up with prospects by phone, email or text
* Collect and review applications and background checks
* Prepare rental agreement documents for signing
* Retaining current residents
* Planning resident functions
* Responding to resident concerns
* Medical/Dental/Vision benefits the month following your hire date
* We offer 2 types of Medical coverage and 2 Dental providers to choose from.
* Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance as well as Life Insurance
* 11 Paid Holidays
* Company dress code for this role is business casual attire. No visible tattoos or facial piercings.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be available to work weekends.
19-19 Hourly Wage
