The Digital Shelf Specialist – Content will support our global strategic plan with focus on Digital Commerce growth. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing digital commerce product content and ensuring that our products are accurately displayed on digital shelves through content syndication and PIM tools. You will also be responsible for organizing and categorizing the digital product catalog and ensuring that the available content is consistent across digital touchpoints. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing digital shelf performance KPIs, analyzing digital shelf data, and providing recommendations for optimizing content or structure for the best performance. 
The primary objective for this role is to ensure our PDPs and digital presence meets our Brand Standards and helps drive sales performance. You will track content readiness scores and product performance across Amazon, ensuring accurate display of all digital assets and written copy. 
Content Management and Syndication
Manage Digital Commerce product content and share this content in a scalable way with primary focus on Amazon.You will help advocate for other global eCom partners to have the same content standards across the globe.
Organize and categorize the digital product catalog, ensuring best-in-class and consistent written and visual content across digital touchpoints.
Consult with internal stakeholders responsible for creating product content to improve the quality and timing of digital assets.
Ensure best-in-class content publication and syndication standards are planned for and achieved.
Identify and address any issues with product content or digital shelf displays, working with internal teams and external partners to make necessary updates.
Be the content syndication spokesperson and project manager for eCommerce stakeholders, responsible for training and demonstrations for internal and external partners, including onboarding new partners and new interfaces.
Digital Shelf Monitoring
Monitor digital shelves to ensure that our products are accurately displayed, with correct images, descriptions, and other relevant information.
Proactively identify new processes and procedures to ensure digital shelf and eCommerce requirements are part of the commercialization process and that available content is fully utilized.
Establish digital shelf performance KPIs, create scorecards, and manage tools needed to report on these KPIs.
Analyze data and provide insights to help improve our performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Other activities as needed to support eCommerce business and partnerships.
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within ecommerce or data management supporting Amazon
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Effective project management and prioritization skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions
and large data sets.
Advanced expertise with Excel functions.
