NFF, Inc. is looking for a Senior Program Manager to organize programs and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term goals. You will also be responsible for developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals. To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management.



Developing data sharing policies, new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Creating and managing long-term goals.
Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities and data quality and accuracy
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Selecting and implementing the appropriate software tools
Defining data governance policies
Establishing data quality standards
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Analyzing program risks.

Required 16+ years’ managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle
Required 10+ years’ experience in program management
Required 16+ years’ experience in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Required 10+ years’ experience meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Required 10+ years’ selecting and implementing the appropriate software tools
Required Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
Highly desired 10+ years’ experience writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
Highly desired 10+ years’ experience in proficiency in Tableau, Azure, Cloud, workflow management, SQL, non-SQL database and building data warehouse.
