The Student Health Registered Nurse (RN) provides outpatient nursing care to students. Triage patients to determine medical condition. Care is rendered primarily at Main Campus Student Health Services. Health Science Center or Main Campus. Temple is committed to this community and provides several financial programs for full-time faculty and staff who purchase and reside in homes surrounding Main Campus and the Health Sciences Center.
Graduate of an accredited nursing school RN program. Minimum 3 or more years clinical experience required, preferably in the area of occupational health, family practice, college health or emergency medicine. local, state, and federal regulatory requirements including OSHA and the Americans with Disabilities Act
* Experience with systems for maintaining health records; ability to organize and manage the delivery of health care services and knowledge of legal and ethical issues related to occupational health care practice.
