Shifts:*
Fridays Overnights 8p-8a; Thursdays 4p-10p, Every other Saturday 4p-10p; Every other Sunday 12p-10p. Back-up shifts also needed.
*Tracheostomy (Vented at night and when ill)
· Respiratory Treatments (Nebulizers, Cough Assist, ABI vest, PRN suctioning)
· Patient is a sweet 19-year-old young man who loves listening to music, interacting with peers/family, and watching TV shows such as Stranger Things and Harry Potter. During weekdays, patient goes to a day program. Northeast Arc Clinical Services is a home care agency out of Danvers that specializes in Continuous Care Nursing for medically complex children and adults. we provide block nursing in shifts anywhere from 2-16 hours at a time. We work 1-on-1 with a patient in their home, school, or community setting. We help families navigate the complexities of their loved one’s medical care, ensuring patients stay at home and out of the hospital. Our primary goal is to assist in allowing parents/children/spouses to maintain THAT role instead of being their Loved one’s primary “nurse”.
* We are always looking for more nurses to join our team-RNs, LPNs and new grads are all welcome. Worried about “losing skills” like the homecare myth would have you believe? Our cases run the gamut from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. While our primary focus is helping to manage complex medical care at home, our equally important goal is to ensure our patient’s social-emotional health & well-being.
