Denver CO, United States Ricoh USA, Inc. Full time

The Principal Consultant, Point-of-Care Solutions, Additive Manufacturing at Ricoh 3D, plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare through advanced 3D printing technologies. This position is not just about driving sales but also about being a trusted advisor to healthcare institutions. The Principal Consultant will leverage their deep understanding of additive manufacturing and the healthcare industry to provide bespoke solutions that enhance patient care and hospital efficiency. By aligning Ricoh 3D’s capabilities with the unique

needs of each medical institution, this role will foster innovation and transformation in point-of-care services.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Consultative Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their challenges and design customized 3D printing solutions that enhance surgical outcomes and hospital operations. Lead the implementation of these solutions within the hospital setting.

· Strategic Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including hospital executives, surgeons, and clinical staff, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales.

· Thought Leadership and Education: Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in point-of-care additive manufacturing. Conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations to educate healthcare professionals about the applications and benefits of 3D printing in medical settings.

· Innovative Sales Process Oversight: Oversee a consultative sales process that emphasizes understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions, rather than aggressive sales tactics. Ensure ethical compliance and adapt strategies to align with the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.

· Market Insight and Strategy Development: Continuously monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in healthcare 3D printing. Develop and adjust strategic plans to maintain Ricoh 3D's position as an industry leader.

· Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams within Ricoh 3D to ensure successful project execution, from initial concept to final delivery and post-implementation support.

· CRM and Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize a medical-focused Salesforce CRM system to track engagements, outcomes, and customer feedback. Leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

· Revenue and Growth Accountability: While not a primary focus, be accountable for contributing to the growth of Ricoh 3D's healthcare sector through strategic initiatives and successful solution implementation.
