This is a hybrid role based in our new Dallas infrastructure hub where we work on the latest technologies in a cutting-edge environment.
The Platform Orchestration team operates within the Platform User Experience function, which has a mission to create a world class user experience for our core technology platform.
We constantly engage with our customers in our research and engineering teams to learn about their experience using the platform and explore opportunities to improve the user experience.
2+ years of relevant software engineering experience
Software Development capabilities with one or more high level languages, such as C#, Python, Go or Java
Experience with Cloud Engineering, Event Driven Architecture, and familiarity (or willingness to learn) working with Kubernetes and containers
Familiarity (or willingness to learn) with front-end development using JavaScript, React and TypeScript
Use of operational and runtime tools and practices, including monitoring and logging with systems, such as Prometheus and Grafana
Experience working with CI/CD Pipelines, such as Jenkins, or ArgoCD
A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, performance bottlenecks and process improvements
The ability to understand the inherent trade-offs between various software architectures as it relates to performance, resiliency, fault tolerance, load balancing and data consistency
