Director, Project Management Planning and Operations

The Job:
This role reports directly to the VP of Production, leading the planning and execution of change management projects. This role offers rapid growth opportunity within the organization, great benefits, and learning opportunity.


Must Haves:
~ Bachelor's degree required.
~15+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations and or planning.
~5 years management experience required.
~ Project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
~ MUST HAVE SAP, Office, Analytics Tools, CRM, Demand Planning platform experience.
~ Experience in demand planning with a high volume of SKUs.


Responsibilities:
Lead execution and change management of new demand planning tools.
Support projects and strategies around inventory optimization to include but not be limited to ITO, Inventory Reserves, Inventory Locations.
Support projects and strategies around inventory optimization.
lead the alignment of demand with data regarding new customer requirements, focus growth products, phase in / phase out, and product deletions.
Lead the team responsible for product life cycle management (PLM) of the Material Master, Bill of Material, etc.
Lead continuous improvement on work instructions, departmental processes, optimization of work time, etc.
Lead subject matter regulatory compliance, ISO's, etc.
