Department: Oncology
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (72 hours per 2 week period)

*Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Provide direct nursing care, including the administration of chemotherapy and immunotherapy
treatments in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Document and carries out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Draw blood sample and is an expert in the use of Triple lumen catheters, PortaCath, Hickman, Groshong,and PICC lines, and several types of programmable pumps. Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Certification specializing in Chemotherapy credentialed from the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date rwquired.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
