We are seeking laboratory professionals to work in our state of the art Anatomic Pathology laboratory located in Cincinnati, OH. This position works alongside the technical staff and will be assisting in the processing of histology samples. With the proper educational background and routine histology training you are eligible to pursue a technical position in the lab providing a career path within LabCorp.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (11:00pm - 7:30am)
*Benefits:** All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable. Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing including tissue and needle aspirates
* Loading and unloading staining instrumentation
* Scanning requisitions into lab and filing away tissue blocks
* Assist with procedures at the hospital locations
* Overtime as needed based on department demand
*Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Science is a plus
* Experience in a medical or clinical laboratory strongly preferred
* Strong data entry and organizational skills
* Proficient in MS Office
