We rarely mandate you to work past your shift. We’re not as frantic as a hospital and serve a different population. We do offer several levels of care including skilled nursing, assisted living and hospice. You’ll love that you get the support you need here, which makes it easier to give each resident or patient the time they deserve.
This role will help you build your leadership and customer service skills. We offer everything you expect, plus a retirement plan, paid time off, education assistance, pay advances up to $500, recognition programs and free meals.
 
Under the leadership of the MDS Manager, you will provide necessary and accurate documentation for resident and patient assessments and care plans. We will look to you to oversee the RAI process and submission process and plan, develop, organize, and communicate assessment and care plan information to your team members.
 
Nursing degree and current Ohio LPN license required
Experience as a nurse in a long-term care facility required
Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care with special emphasis placed on documentation
