You'll conceptualize and design new products and processes throughout the product lifecycle from analog and digital electronic circuit card assemblies to fully integrated systems.
The Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area provides affordable, turn-key command/control, communications, integrated ISR, force protection and security solutions worldwide. The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains – air, land, sea, space and cyber.

*Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuitry to meet customer's requirements
Provide in-depth circuit analysis, and present it for review
Write test plans for circuit card assemblies and sub-system electronics
Conduct circuit card assembly testing and integration
Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies using various test equipment (DMMs, digital oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, waveform generators, power supplies, etc.)
Develop specification and requirement for electrical components
Contribute to the overall success of the project by working closely with other team members throughout the design and integration process

Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or other related discipline and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience
Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Experience and Understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools
Security Clearance is required ​

Understanding of aviation electrical systems designs and hardware integration
Exposure to simulations through functional and logical models and system analysis
Experience composing and analyzing Electrical Load Analysis (ELA), circuit modeling, simulation, and analysis
Knowledge of industry-standard electrical design principles, to include, but not limited to model-based definition, electrical component selection, manufacturing, and production processes
Experience in digital or analog circuit design and schematic capture
