We are seeking aFinance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within the business. The primary responsibility of the Finance BP is to collaborate with business leaders and provide expert financial insights to support their operations and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to provide actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Business Performance Reviews: Collaborate with business leaders to analyze financial results KPIs and key metrics offering proactive advice to enhance performance and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Budgeting and Planning: Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and work closely with teams to optimize expenses while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted adviser to business leaders and fostering a finance-orientated culture throughout the organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Constantly see process enhancement and best practices to streamline financial operations and elevate the finance function’s value.
  • Investment Appraisal: Evaluate investment opportunities and propose financial models, enabling informed decision-making on capital allocation and ROI maximization.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop financial models to assess potential scenarios, risk, and impact on the business.
  • Management Information: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting standards, and internal policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors in finance/accounting or related field preferred, advanced degree/MBA a plus
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentational skills capable of conveying financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate within, and adapt to, a complex and evolving operating model.
  • Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting and Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
  • Proven experience as a financial analyst, finance business partner or similar role in a corporate setting.
