We're currently hiring in St. Louis, Missouri to support a district in need of Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows.
SHC's BUILD Your Future program provides a structured, systematic clinical support and career development program for Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows. SHC's BUILD program offers a professional network and mentorships to help you overcome challenges and roadblocks while developing confidence and direction in your professional growth.
SLP Clinical Fellow Contract Details:
- $2024-2025 School Year
- Schedule: Full-time. 32-40 hours per week for the 2024-2025 school year
- Location: In-person or virtual/remote options
- Early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school caseload options. Will split caseload for part-time SLP candidates. Options to renew, transition to full-time, or try a new setting at the end of each contract
- Flexible schedules within school bell hours
- Could be working with students who have difficulty swallowing, or students with communication disorders
- SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
- SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans

Master’s degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor’s degree
- Missouri SLP License
- No prior experience is required
