*We are recruiting for a per diem (as needed) Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled pediatric team of professionals in Marlton, NJ*
*Weisman Children's is a highly-acclaimed, community-based pediatric organization consisting of an acute care rehabilitation hospital, outpatient rehabilitation centers, and medical day care centers. *The Physical Therapist is an integral member of the rehab team and is responsible for the administration of appropriate treatment techniques and modalities for the rehabilitation of children aged birth to 21.
* Responsible for adherence to the scope and standards of practice as defined by the American Physical Therapy Association.
* Uses creativity, professional judgment, and problem solving techniques to achieve quality outcomes and provide the highest quality of patient centered care.
* Plays an integral role in facilitating functional performance through the integration of skill development, strength and movement, play based activities, and social-emotional development.
*BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, MA/MS/MPT/DPT preferred
* NJ licensure for physical therapy
* Minimum of 2 years previous pediatric experience (medical or educational settings preferred)
* For Telehealth Services: If treating a patient that is physically located outside of New Jersey, the treating therapist must comply by the rules in accordance with the state licensing board in the state where the patient is physically located
