Provides skilled nursing care on an intermittent basis to patients in their home in accordance with physician's orders.
* Coordinates with other medical personnel and community resources to meet the needs of the homebound patient.
* Maintains all aspects of the clinical record.
Home Health Aide
Associate degree in Nursing
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
One (1) year of prior Medical Surgical Nursing experience.
Two (2) years of Home Health Care experience.
