As our onsite HRIS Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our Human Resource Information System, driving its management, configuration, and optimization. Imagine yourself overseeing a cutting-edge HRIS infrastructure, ensuring impeccable data accuracy, and transforming HR processes with innovative system enhancements. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other dynamic teams to ensure our HRIS not only meets but exceeds organizational needs and compliance standards. Training

Maintain system security and ensure data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
Data Management and Reporting:
Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the HRIS
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity
~ Process Improvement:
~  Identify opportunities to streamline processes and workflows using the HRIS
~  Lead HRIS projects from conception to implementation, including requirement gathering, testing, and training
~ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into HRIS functionality.

User Support and Training:
Develop and conduct training sessions for HRIS users to enhance system utilization
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure HRIS compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and other data protection laws
Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary controls to mitigate risks
~ Liaise with HRIS vendors for support, enhancements, and problem resolution
~ Evaluate and recommend HRIS-related products and services

~ Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
Proficiency in HRIS software and database management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
 
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree or HRIS certification (e.g., Five + years of experience in HRIS management or related roles.
Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP).
 
Work is generally performed in a traditional office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required. Working hours may vary and evening or weekend work may be required. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
