Requirements:

~ SC or Multi-state RN license 
~2 Years’ Experience
~ Must be able to scrub and circulate complex Vascular cases
~ Electronic Documentation required
~ Community Hospital Experience required
~ AHA BCLS
~ AHA ACLS
~ Radiation badge
~ Communication SBAR
~ LTAC Experience preferred
~ Previous Charge Experience preferred
~ Teaching Hospital Experience preferred
~ Trauma Level I Experience preferred
~ Trauma Level II Experience preferred

~60 miles local radius rule

CVOR RN
Shift: 3x12 days 6am-630pm (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs, Monday-Friday. 36 hours/week).Is on-call REQ? yes, It will be 5-8 calls a month including a weekendHoliday requirements: Holiday call may be required
Years of experience REQ: 2Experience required: Must be able to circulate complex cardiac cases.First-timers accepted: Not preferredLicense Required: SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contractCerts REQ: BLS, ACLS-must be AHARequired: Radiation badge.radiation badge to be provided by agency

Dependent on unit's needsWhat is the local radius rule? 60 milesLocals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basisFacility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period). These hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift.
