This position will be working in our new facility at Mount Carmel Dublin working three 12-hour shifts per week from 11am - 11:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays.

Mount Carmel Dublin will be an innovative medical ambulatory campus directly tailored to the needs of the Dublin community and surrounding suburbs. Services provided:
~24-bay emergency department
~4 operating rooms
~ Level 1 cardiac capability
~ Advanced imaging, and other outpatient testing
~ The attached medical office building will provide a community education space in addition to clinic space for:
Primary Care
Neurology
Cardiology
Mount Carmel plans to extend its community health and well-being programs into the Dublin community as well.
This position will be hired to staff Mount Carmel Dublin. While construction is underway, the majority of training will take place at Mount Carmel St. Why Mount Carmel Health System:

Mount Carmel Dublin's Emergency Department will operate in 24 beds with a mixture of adult and pediatric patients with a variety of medical conditions. We envision a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on exceptional patient experience while delivering evidence-based care. As the unit evolves and facility expands, a commitment to colleagues' growth and development will remain foundational to our future success.
The Registered Nurse (RN) , within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. The Staff RN is accountable for the delivery of patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of Mount Carmel Health System.
Assess and evaluate patient care for an assigned group of patients, utilizing evidence based practice; Perform basic medical procedures under the supervision of a provider, including set up of procedures.
Administer medications under the direction of the provider, according to the organization's standards, policies, procedures, and/or guidelines.
Assist in emergency situations under the direction of the provider
Document accurately and completely pertinent assessments, interventions and outcomes for patients in accordance with documentation standards, policies, procedures and/or guidelines.
Assume responsibility and accountability for care provided and documented by other licensed and unlicensed care givers as appropriate.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team
