Healing Haven is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapist to provide assessment and treatment for children with physical and cognitive impairments. We are a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training clinic, school readiness classrooms, after school center-based services and day time center-based services for children between the ages of 2-16. We strive to provide compassionate and creative care to meet the needs of our families. We pride ourselves on our low staff turnover, and a family-based work atmosphere where staff satisfaction and well-being matters (our data indicate 90% of our staff rate their work experience as highly satisfied)

* Creating and implementing customized occupational therapy plans with ongoing data analysis to modify as necessary
* Facilitating parent meetings/ parent training to ensure consistency between the home and clinic
* Collaborating with multiple professionals to ensure consistency and quality of care
* Writing reports and collaborating with payors to maintain authorizations
* Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Knowledge of behavior analysis and autism preferred, not required
* Credentialed to bill insurances (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Aetna/Cofinity, Cigna, Priority, Beacon Health Options, HAP, United) highly preferred but not required.
