This position handles admissions for Hospice patients. This position provides direct health care services to Hospice patients and their families in their homes, and must demonstrate independent clinical expertise throughout the nursing process.

2 years of Nursing experience.
~1 year of Hospice, home health, skilled nursing facility, medical/surgical, or oncology.
