Per Diem positions available on all shifts.
Shift Differentials: $6 p/h for 3rd shift, $1 p/h for 2nd shift and $1 p/h for weekend shifts.
Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
Observes and reports any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the Director of Nursing, physician, family, RCAs, and Executive Director per state regulations.
Coordinates care needs with community providers via an effective case management process
