Manufacturing Engineer

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer in Ripley, Mississippi. This is a direct-hire position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide manufacturing engineering support
• Design and implement projects 
• Improve safety, quality, and efficiency
• Provide detailed drawings, manufacturing work instructions, and breakdowns for manufactured parts and assemblies
• Create and implement production work center layouts and process flows
• Generate engineering change notices

Experience Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• At least 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing engineer, industrial engineer, or related in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of bill of materials
• Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling programs
• Strong communication with coworkers, vendors, and management
