Product Release Manager

Xe is seeking a skilled Product Release Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely release of our products to the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end release process, ensuring that product priorities are respected and release operations run smoothly and on time.
- Coordinate between product and engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Monitor release progress and track the status of releases to ensure that merges and builds occur in line with agreed priorities and timelines.
- Enforce prioritization and ensure that tasks and changes prioritized by product leadership are respected throughout the development and release process.
- Resolve conflicts and address misalignments or blockers between teams to ensure releases move forward without disruption.
- Improve efficiency by refining release processes, integrating feedback, and leveraging automation to reduce manual overhead.
- Sign off on builds to ensure that all builds are properly tested and validated before final release, guaranteeing high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Computer Science or Business Administration Bachelor degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Domain knowledge of best practices for the release management lifecycle.
- Skilled at coordination and able to work with multiple teams to keep releases on track.
- Assertive communicator who can navigate between technical teams and product leadership.
- Process-driven and committed to streamlining the release process, reducing friction, and improving overall operational efficiency.
- Detail-oriented and able to pay close attention to the finer details to ensure that releases meet all requirements.
- Problem solver who is proactive in identifying potential issues in the release process and takes action to mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
- Organized and able to manage complex timelines and ensure tasks are completed in the right order, according to priority.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $110,000, and actual starting compensation may vary based on work experience and skills.
