*RESPONSIBILITES:*

* Responsible for overall management of the nursing department
* Assist in planning, developing, implementing and maintaining resident discharge procedures and plans
* Review and ensure proper charting and documentation of nursing procedures
* Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

* Current RN state license, BSN preferred
* Current CPR Certification
* 5 + years of experience in long term care experience
* 3 + years of nursing management in long term care, preferred
* Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
* Positive Can-Do Attitude
* Excellent Attendance
