* Examine patients, take medical history, record results, and make preliminary diagnosis
* Document patient care services
* Administer and order diagnostic tests
* Perform therapeutic procedures
* Exercise professional judgment regarding consultation with supervising physicians concerning appropriate treatment
* Develop and implement patient care plans, instruct and counsel patients, and record progress
* Prescribe medications
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
*Qualifications:*
* Active Arizona State License
* Ability to build rapport with patients
