LPN Corrections

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a corrections facility is responsible for providing basic nursing care to inmates, including administering medications and monitoring their effects. They conduct health assessments, triage medical complaints, and assist in managing chronic conditions. LPNs collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. They also ensure proper documentation of all medical treatments and patient interactions. Additionally, LPNs are tasked with maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to all safety protocols and correctional regulations.

Viena, IL

Shift : evenings with thurs/fri, tues/wed, or sun/mon off

Contract : 13 weeks

Pay $55/hour blended rate

Minimum 1 year experience is required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
