**Guaranteed Hours:** N/A
**Experience:** 5+ years preferred; Level 2 NICU skills and Pediatric Med-Surg experience preferred
**License:** Current Registered Nurse License in the state of Oregon
**Certifications:**
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS
- NRP S.T.A.B.L.E. certification preferred
- PALS preferred
**Must-Have:** Current peripheral IV start skills; Epic experience
**Job Description:**
- Ensure the delivery of quality nursing care to neonatal and pediatric patients in the Women's & Children's Center
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, document and evaluate care based on the nursing process
- Demonstrate competencies in two or more areas: neonatal intensive care, pediatrics, labor and delivery, or post-partum
- Supervise supportive staff including technicians and CNAs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospital policies and standards of care
- Possibility to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby as needed
**Preferred:**
- Bilingual skills highly preferred
