Hours : Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Location : 1901 North Solar Drive, Oxnard, CA with the flexibility of working remotely three days per week

If you live near Oxnard, CA, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of hybrid remote role* as you take on some tough challenges.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients to diagnose technical issues
  • Providing step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner
  • Installing and configuring software
  • Walking users through the process of fixing technical issues
  • Prioritizing workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first

Required Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher 
  • 1+ years of experience using strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • 1+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Excel and Crystal Reports
  • 1+ years of experience with Managed Care and/or Healthcare data
  • Basic level of proficiency in SQL Query

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

California Residents Only:  The hourly range for California residents is  $28.03 to $54.95  per hour .  Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.  UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable .   In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
