**License:** Valid state license required at the time of submission; specific requirements for CNA, LPN, and RN roles.
**Certifications:** RDCS-Adult or RCS required
**Must-Have:** Experience in performing bubble studies; preferred exposure to working in an accredited lab (IACE guidelines).
**Job Description:**
- Open to first-time candidates with the required experience.
- Daily caseload: 8 cases per 10-hour shift, 7 cases per 8-hour shift.
- Must have experience working in high-volume labs and possess excellent time management skills.
- Common pathology includes TAVRS, Watchman, severe mitral regurgitation, cardiomyopathies (HOCM), and infective endocarditis.
- Candidates are expected to perform to the required standards of an accredited stroke center lab.
- Required to work weekends; no on-call duties.
- Floating within the hospital or to a nearby sister hospital may be required.
- Specific charting experience with EPIC is necessary.
- Able to accommodate block schedule requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Providers are expected to commit to working 3 out of 5 major holidays.
- Additional modules require completion pre-start and annually, with non-billable hours.
**Additional Information:**
- The facility is a Level II Trauma Center with both outpatient and inpatient facilities.
- Scrub color is flexible, except for reddish-orange.
- Experience working in a lab that meets IACE guidelines is preferred.
- The facility focuses on providing exceptional care and requires staff to adhere to high standards.
