Overview We are seeking a qualified and compassionate behavioral health professional to join our dedicated team. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in psychology, social work, counseling, human services, registered nursing, or relevant licensure (RN, LPC, LCDC, QMHP, CSSP). This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to evidence-based practices, and a passion for supporting individuals and families facing mental health and behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities Provide community-based support services in homes, schools, and office settings Deliver skills training, case management, and service coordination Teach essential life skills, social skills, and coping mechanisms to help clients manage emotional and behavioral challenges Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans focused on recovery and client-specific goals Implement crisis intervention strategies to reduce hospitalizations and provide early support Coordinate care by connecting clients with medical, educational, and social service resources Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of client charts, including intake packets, CANS/ANSA assessments, ISPs, and progress notes Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery Report to leadership on program performance, compliance issues, and corrective actions Participate in audits, reviews, and surveys Qualifications Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, human services, registered nursing, or relevant licensure (RN, LPC, LCDC, QMHP, CSSP) Position Details Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Contract Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
