**Must-Have:** Experience in Level 3 NICU, handling neonatal and pre-term neonates
**Job Description:**
- Provide care to neonates in a Level 3 NICU setting.
- Manage feedings, IV therapies including lines, and ventilator management.
- Utilize Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems for patient care and documentation.
- Wear navy blue scrubs during shifts.
- Work every other weekend as part of the shift requirement.
- Work on holidays if they fall within the assignment period, with specific guidelines on major holidays:
- If one major holiday falls during the assignment, the expectation is to work it.
- Work both holidays if two major ones occur during the assignment.
- Work two if three major holidays fall in the assignment period.
- Complete a 13-hour orientation session.
- Maintain full compliance to start on time, with a potential delay if non-compliance occurs.
- Availability to quickly submit core items and schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start.
- Two supervisory references are highly preferred at the time of submission; some units may require two on the profile for review. Must be a manager or above; charge references not accepted.
