**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours/week
**Experience:**
- Minimum of two years of acute care experience within the last three years
- Pediatric ICU experience required
- Solid experience in PICU, and some cardiovascular ICU or cardiac step down or general cardiac experience required
**License:**
- Registered Nurse license from Wisconsin or a compact state
**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified through American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified through American Heart Association
**Must-Have:**
- Basic Arrhythmia experience; ability to pass Telemetry test prior to start
**Job Description:**
- Provide family-centered care to critically ill or injured children and their families in a state-of-the-art 21-bed unit
- Deliver comprehensive care for patients with medical and surgical challenges, including acute head injuries, critical neurological disorders, pulmonary diseases, cardiac anomalies, organ transplantation, multi-system organ failure, and ECMO
- Engage as part of a committed multidisciplinary team known for delivering exceptional care and creating a healing environment for pediatric patients
- Comply with facility's floating policy, potentially working in multiple units based on current staffing needs
- Complete mandatory orientation and adhere to scheduling requirements, including weekend rotations and holiday work as needed
