**Certifications:** BLS, AHA Certifications (prior to start), BID, CCAP, and WI caregiver
**Must-Have:** Experience with at least one of the following - bowel resections, bariatric surgery, tracheotomy experience, epidural infusion; Experience with ratios 1:4-6
**Job Description:**
- **High Acuity Medical Surgical Unit:** Mixed patient population involving Med Surg/Tele and PCU level care.
- Day/PM shift mix with working hours from 0700-1930 and 1100-2330.
- Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required, with no on-call duties.
- Flexibility required as floating is necessary to cover CNA and team RN responsibilities.
- Willingness to assist in different roles within the hospital when needed.
- Modules are billable up to 8 hours; completion required during orientation.
**Additional Notes:**
- Completion of compliance processes and lab appointments in a timely manner is essential.
- Familiarity with Cerner system is a plus.
